An inconvenience...

Things certainly seem to be happening in the veg department this month. The shallots and garlic are growing happily, there are leaves aplenty on the fruit bushes and the peas have really started to get the idea about climbing their netting.

Indoors, I have planted dwarf french beans, runner beans, sweetcorn, butternut squash, watercress and lots of different chilli plants. The downside of this is that every spare bit of window ledge is taken up with propagators and seed pots. My downstairs toilet (being light and warm) is now full of tomato plants, sunflowers, borage and morning glory - thank goodness I have another one upstairs!

Because of that I have decided that I need one of these....

... and this is the one I have ordered, which should be delivered in about two weeks time. I did consider a second hand one (there have been several coming up on eBay nearby) but it was not that much more to order a new one and it gets delivered.

The old shed at the bottom of my garden has now gone, as have the three sycamores and a elderflower, and there is now a lot more light down there. It has gone from this...

to this.

The frame and base will be sorted out this weekend and then I just need the greenhouse.

Can't wait!
